Aztec House 

Aztec House offices come as a shell but includes carpets and blinds. The kitchen area has a fridge, sink hot and cold water taps and microwave. This allows you to design your own space to suit your requirements, as an office, lounge or anything between. Please note that the office must be left in its original state once your tennacy is finished.

 

You are responsible to arrange your own telephone lines and broadband, which allows you the choice to the most suitable provider for your business and budget.

 

Electricity, gas and rates are not included in the rental or Service charge.

These will be invoiced to you on a monthly basis, one month in arrears.

 

There are post trays in the reception area, which is generally sorted by the offices themselves.
